1. The materials in the HouemateHeaven site are provided without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. HousemateHeaven disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permissible by law.


2. HousemateHeavenis intended for the particular purpose of matching compatible roommates. Matches will either be exact or very close to the given criteria. HousemateHeaven fully agrees to process and match each HousemateHeaven member and will provide qualified matches of preferred roommates. No hidden charges apply to our service.


3. HousemateHeaven does not endorse any roommates who list with us, we do not make any representations as to individual character, credit worthiness, rental history or ability to pay their rent.


4. HousemateHeaven CANNOT be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of our service. It is each member's responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective roommate. HousemateHeaven is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or other wise.


5. HousemateHeaven reserves any and all rights to intellectual property and copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse to list any member for any reason. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our members or potential members are found. Any client who is de-activate for such reason will not be entitled to any service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges.


6. Such includes illegal use of the information we provide, distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual, personal use of finding a roommate. The use and distribution of the HousemateHeaven name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a roommate) without the expressed, written consent of HousemateHeaven.


7. No Material from www.HousemateHeaven.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of HousemateHeaven.


8. All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information disclosed or offered to HousemateHeaven by this site or in response to solicitations in this shall be deemed and shall remain the property of HousemateHeaven. None of the Comments shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of HousemateHeaven and HousemateHeaven shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Comments. Without limitation of the foregoing, HousemateHeaven shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Comments of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Comments for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Comments.


9. Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting roommate matches and apartment listings available in the UK.


10. This site is controlled and operated by HousemateHeaven. Whoever chooses to access this site from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws.

Termination:
11. This agreement is effective until you find a roommate, or until the end of the terms of agreement stated above. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deactivating your membership on our web site, and destroying all materials obtained from any and all HousemateHeaven and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from HousemateHeaven if in HousemateHeaven's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability:
12. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall HousemateHeaven be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if HousemateHeaven has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Other:
13. These terms will be subject to English law and the jurisdiction of English courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.


14. A link to a service or site outside of the HousemateHeaven web site is not an endorsement of the service or site, its content, or its sponsoring organization.


15. By using this site, you fully signify your assent to these terms of use.
